Try buying some yoghurt and cutting some fruit up in that. It&#039;s healthy and it will make a nice breakfast. You can even throw in some nuts or muesli or something like that to make it even better. Be creative ;)</description>

		<description>On the topic of fruit: Bying fruit on the streets is very cheap. Always make sure you buy fruits that have to be peeled, so you avoid any health endangering substances on the outside of let&#039;s say a peach. Grab a pineapple instead, they have thick skins.</description>

		<description>I have found that ordering fruit only meals on planes is a great way to get your fresh fruit quota and you can supplement by bringing along a few healthy snacks rather than falling into the airplane food trap - I know I never feel faublous after eating it.</description>
