Huh? Drink water, you say? It’s ground-breaking! Seriously though, K and I both switched to what is essentially a diabetic’s diet. Not because either of us is diabetic, but because it truly is very healthy for you. As part of this, it’s recommended that you cut dietary sugar as much as possible, including juices, sodas, sports drinks, etc. This naturally brings me back to plain old water - free, healthy water. If you’re spending even $2-3/day on soft drinks and any non-water beverage, you’re missing out on over $700/year in travel savings!
