Dear god, I am so glad I don’t live close to the Everglades!! Giant hybrid man-eating snakes is enough to make me stay away from South Florida for a lifetime!
But what can they do? Try to catch and kill all the snakes? Peta would be in an uproar and honestly, it’s not the snakes’ fault for having stupid previous owners. But again, it’s not the panthers’ and other endangered species’ faults either. Seems like a no-win situation for the animals involved here…

I was born and raised in Florida and I love knowing that others care about the eco-system here too – I have to say though, I did NOT know that there was a chance that the snakes could potentially breed like that!
