A couple was detained at the United States border from Canada, after it was discovered that they were smuggling Kinder chocolate eggs into the U.S. The eggs contain small toys inside the candy shell which are considered a choking hazard. The United States deems the chocolates of non-nutritive quality, and as a result, the couple spent two hours in detention before successfully crossing the border.

Kinder’s eggs aren’t the only item to be wary of exporting while on vacation. Additional unexpected and banned items can be seen at CNNGO.com
