		<description>The poutine is the québec unoficial foof , and as for the other ingrediant , we usually dont use them ist just for exentrique people qho try to make different sorts of poutine , when you go in a quebec restaurant they dont ask you : do you want something else on your poutine ? they just give it to ya , sometime you can change the gravy kind but thats it.. :)

		<description>Well, I wouldn&#039;t say poutine is the national dish of Canada - not even close. It may be of Quebec though :-)

I don&#039;t actually think there is a national dish. Sure, we may be famous for Canadian bacon and maple syrup but Canada is such a wonderfully diverse country that just one dish for all of us is perverse.</description>
