		<description>Right on Mike!  Last year I decided to shoot for departing in early December, which meant I was scheduling myself to leave about 4 months prior to potentially earning a second annual raise ($$$$).  

The money was tempting, however I realized there are no guarantees in life, and if I didn&#039;t take a more aggressive approach to planning my trip, I might get laid off, get ill, or have some other event derail me.  I wasn&#039;t going to let that happen!
