Inspiration for Your Crappy Travel Photos

That headline’s a bit tongue in cheek of course. I don’t really think your photos are crappy. But you might. Here’s a bit of inspiration from a modern master of photography:
Twelve significant photographs in any one year is a good crop.

That’s right. If you can take just one great photo a month, you’re doing alright in Ansel’s book. This quote has always stuck with me. I just came back from a hiking trip in New Hampshire and am wading through a couple hundred photos. It’s nice to know that if I can pull out just one or two to be proud of, I should consider myself fortunate.
