Business travelers regularly commuting within California can breathe a sigh of relief and save some money–unlimited flights on Surf Airlines will begin this fall with a flat monthly fee.

Wade Eyerly created the concept with his brother, after regularly flying 27 days a month as U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney’s former intelligence officer. Flying unlimited with Surf Air won’t be cheap, but Everly says that the $1,000 monthly fee, is ideal for frequent travelers in California with an income high enough to justify the expense.

The airline is already eying new markets in Mexico, Canada and possibly China. Surf Air is hoping to attract new members with the ease of booking flights in 3o seconds, no extra fees, no cumbersome security (since they are not a commercial airline), guests can fly free pending available seating, and passengers can drop off their car en route to the airport apron and have the car washed while they’re away.
