Who would have thought that the secret to the world’s newest tea was panda feces.

An entrepreneur in southwest China uses the pandas’ excrement to harvest the tea, with the first batches to be sold in lots of 50 grams for about $3,500 each. Future batches are expected to be cheaper.

The entrepreneur stated: I just want to convey to the people of the world the message of turning waste into something useful, and the culture of recycling and using organic fertilizers.
