Citibot: Full Sized Folding Travel Kayak [First Look]

A travel kayak? Yup. The Citibot folding kayak from Folbot (as in: folding boat) weighs a mere 24 pounds, is full-size, and 100% airline checkable making it a perfect addition to the traveling outdoorsmen’s baggage list.

According to the manufacturer’s own video, it assembles in a mere 12.5 minutes. Our guess it that that’s probably after you nail down the process via a few practice runs.

At $1,197 US, it ain’t cheap. But if you love the outdoors and have a particular bent towards watersports and traveling, Folbot’s got your niche covered.
