Folkestone, in the English county of Kent, boasts a new piece of public art in the form of a photorealistic mural made out of reclaimed tattoo ink cups from the local tattoo parlour. The mural is the work of artist Leigh Mulley, who chose to create a portrait of the men who run the tattoo shop because it is one of the longest-running businesses on the street.
