Fancy a four-week stay in Panama? Enter the Isla Palenque Island Intern Contest:

We’re looking for an adventurous, social media loving intern or intern-duo to write, photograph, film and share what you discover on our wild and virtually undiscovered private island in Panama. You’ll spend four weeks living on and exploring Isla Palenque – a 400 acre island covered in wild jungle, protected mangroves, shady coconut groves, primordial lagoons and exotic beaches.

We believe that travel is about more than plopping down next to the pool with your headphones in – it’s about truly connecting to the unique character of a place: the nature, the people and the way it fits into the world at large. If you’re ready to dive headfirst into a nature- and adventure-filled experience of a lifetime, then you could be our first Isla Palenque Island Intern. Sound like a dream job to you?

Submissions open tomorrow, February 15, 2011. Get the full contest details here.
