MSNBC is reporting that a copilot in an Air Canada Toronto-London flight reportedly suffered a nervous breakdown mid air and had to be removed from the flight.
Passengers say they saw the copilot being forced into the cabin area in restraints. He seemed completely out of it, and kept saying he wanted to talk to God. Fortunately, he was removed from the flight in Ireland, before he could give all 146 passengers an audience with the Almighty.
Nobody is sure if the pilot was under any kind of psychiatric care or whether he had undergone the bi-annual medical checkups that are required of pilots.
No passengers were hurt during the entire incident, and the plane landed safely in Ireland.
