Plane Missing in Antarctica

A search is underway for an airplane carrying three Canadians that went missing in Antarctica. The aircraft, a Twin Otter operated by Kenn Borek Air, deployed its emergency beacon in an area near the South Pole and has not been heard from since.

Rescue efforts have been hampered by weather continues, particularly high winds that have temporarily halted search efforts.
