Long used for underground concerts over the years, a cave in Slovenia has now been fashioned into a post office.

Postojna has been visited by humans since the 17th century, and as of this year was developed into the first-ever post office within a cave.

Materials for the structure were transported into the space via a “cave train,” and assembled inside the cavern by hand. In addition to the post office, the pavilion also features the first underground biological treatment plant in Slovenia.
