Disposable e-mail addresses have been around for awhile, but surprisingly most folks I talk to have never heard of them. If you’re tired of having to sign up for a forum/blog/newspaper website just to read one stinking article/post, only to find out later that your e-mail address has since been passed to every spam and porn marketing list on the web, then you need a disposable e-mail address.

I like BugMeNot.com’s disposable e-mail addresses. They’re free and good for 24 hours tops - just long enough for you to get confirmation e-mails, etc. from web forums, news sites, wherever - after which they simply disappear into the online ether. Moohahaha!
