Up to date on your rabies immunization? If the answer is yes, it’s the perfect time to visit the Bracken Bat Cave in New Braunfels, Texas.

For the first time ever, the largest bat colony in the world is open to the public. Bracken Bat Flight Tours last between three to four hours, and along with bats–hawks, falcons and owls can also be seen within the caverns. Tours are scheduled through October and reservations are required. A portion of the admission fee goes towards conservation of the caverns.
