On most days, travelers booking a trip to Hong Kong from JFK first class with United Airlines’ frequent-flier miles can expect to use up 160,000 miles–that is until last weekend.

A computer glitch allowed travelers to book those tickets for 4 miles and $43 in fees. United acted fast and posted a statement on two travel sites regarding the glitch by last Monday. The airline is giving the travelers with the reduced mileage tickets the option to either receive a refund for the miles and fees or re-book with the real amount of miles.
