If you dream in chocolate, a hotel in Saint Lucia might be the perfect destination for you.
Hotel Chocolat is a West Indies spinoff of a boutique chocolatier in the United Kingdom. The hotel lies on the 140-acre cacao plantation where Hotel Chocolat produces its wares. Guests are invited to tour the cacao orchards and receive hands-on experience in the production of chocolate from crop to candy.
Hotel Chocolat is exclusive, with only 14 rooms in the lodge. Read on for one guest’s experience and information on lodging here.
